When reviewing our fees for service keep in mind we are active members in NACHI. We also maintian or exceed 30 hrs of continuing education a year. Our reports are computer generated and e-mailed to you usually within 24 hrs. A hard copy will be mailed out upon request. I also carry E+O insurance.

#1 A Buyer or Seller Standard Tech Inspection

2000 sq ft to 3000 sq ft $375.00
3000 to 4000 sq ft $400.00
4000 to 5000 Sq Ft $425.00
#2 Manufactured homes $300.00
#3 Condos 1000 sq ft or less $300.00
#4 Town Homes1500 sq ft or less $325.00
#5 Pool and Spa Inspection 150.00,
#6 10 Month Home warranty Inspection $250.00
We provide a unbiased 3rd party summary report listing any defects with pictures that you can present to your builder before you 12 month warranty expires.
#7 Home Maintenance Inspection $250.00
We don;t try to sell you anything. We just give you a honest report of the condition of your home, listing in a summary with pictures any major or minor defects that should be addressed to maintian the value in your home.
#8 Seperate systems check Electrial, HAVC, Plumbing,Crawl space, 75.00 Each
$50.00 reschedule fee if inspection is canceled less than 4 hours prior to inspection.
We strongly encourage the buyer to be present at the inspection in case they have any specific concerns or questions.
When booking the inspection please strive to make sure there is proper access to attics, crawlspaces and electric panels. And all power and gas services are on.
